My Bio
Once upon a time my biggest dream was to become a published author. I've been writing in some way, shape or form since I was in grade school. Then I got married and had a baby (actually I had a baby and refused to marry until my dear SO lived with me pregnant and then me and a newborn and made sure he was really in for the long haul before I married him ;) ). Moved around a lot. Had another baby. Now the oldest is 5, the baby is 3 and I finally have time to write again so I've been back at it, testing the waters and flexing my muscles with FanFic. Though I'll eventually want to branch back into my own creations. Trying to convince the husband to co-write something with me. ^^

Classical? Van Gogh. On deviantArt I'm a pretty hardcore efleck fangirl, this is well known. ^^
Favourite Movies
The Lion in Winter, 12 Angry Men, Rope, The Usual Suspects, Boondock Saints, Most anything Disney or Pixar animated, mostly the older stuff for the later. Gah, too many to list!
Favourite TV Shows
The West Wing, Law and Order, Law and Order: SVU, Game of Thrones... now that I have kids it's hard to keep up with much of anything new.
Favourite Bands / Musical Artists
My tastes in music are eclectic and catholic (not as in the religion, ahem) so, eh, too hard to list. I dunno, the last couple of bands/artists that came up at random on iTunes: Florence + the Machine, RHCP, Gorillaz, Elgar, Greg Laswell and Static X.
Favourite Books
Can't list them all! To Kill a Mockingbird, a LOT of classics, a lot of fantasy, a little sci-fi.. big fan of Laurie R. King's Mary Russel series.
Favourite Writers
Urmph, I give up. I read voraciously. Biggest influences? Harper Lee, Jane Austen, C.S. Friedman, Laurie R. King, Diana Gabaldon's earlier books.
Favourite Games
Video games? Mass Effect and Dragon Age. TT? oWoD, Mage. Board games? Trivial Pursuit, Risk and Clue. ^^

My Saturday started with lots of gloom and rain and demanding children. Well, the demanding kiddos were acceptable because they were also very snugly and adorable AND they let me sleep in until EIGHT, zomg, so that was alright.

Good lord, look! I'm ALIVE!
So August and September have turned out to be insanely busy months for me IRL. Hence my lack of being around and my lack of new bits of writing to put up. I'm working on things but it's all very WIP and back-burner at the mo'.
My five-year-old (and eldest) just started kindergarten! Last night we worked on his first home project EVAR. Oh man... it's a good feeling, but poignant as well. *sniffles* Also, I feel old. XD
On the ME3 Front I finally DID play Leviathan, though I had to play it all disjointed and I think that kinda diminished the mood for me. I want to go back and play it through again, hopefully in on
